  • The message of CPFC to all members will be appear
  • Open first time user click here to proceed
  • Member need to provide problem description in more than 1000 characters go for next step
  • Member will provide with known details of the employment
  • Member will provide the personal details. None of the fields are mandatory except for Name, Date of Birth and Mobile Number.
  • Mobile number of the Member will be verified through the PIN sent on his mobile. After mobile verification, an SMS would be sent to the member communicating his/her reference ID for his future reference.

Existing user can check their status through EPFO or Registration number. A user who is searching with EPFO can enter User Name and Password to log in the form of status checking. An employee who is log in with registration member needs to enter reference number and mobile number.
